Out front
Sometimes we see things that others don’t yet see. We see a better way, or how what we’ve always believed is actually incorrect, or a way of looking at a situation that opens up unthought of potentials. Sometimes we don’t see the actual way, but we see what is no longer true. Sometimes what the world needs is one to simply see, this isn’t working anymore. When this is true, we get strange looks. We get told we are nuts. We can get fired. We can lose friends, family, partners. We’ll often feel alone. On occasion, we are miss reading things. But I’d venture to bet that most of the time, especially when what we are seeing is “out there,” we are simply the first to come along and lay eyes on something in this way. This is being out front. We’ve all got this in us. Can we support each other in finding our way to our own frontier?
