Embodiment

Our nervous systems are designed to participate in the nervous systems of others. ~Peter Levine

I heard him say this in an interview today. It’s opening a ton of thoughts for me in relationship to the ways we are embodied — and not simply from trauma, but other equally ubiquitous challenges.
