Practice makes

Here’s a thing that I notice: when I commit to writing every day, the way I see the world shifts. There’s an expansion that’s present. It’s actually the way I experience the world that shifts. This is perhaps doubly true when I do writing by hand. It’s a practice that helps me open to something bigger than myself.

I’ve been noticing the same is true of intentional dialogue. When I connect with others who want to explore a bit of what’s below the surface,” a shit occurs that impacts the remainder of my day.

These are the kinds of practices I seek to integrate more into my life. I hat might some others be?
