We’ll never fully be able to understand what each other is thinking.
Today we learned what “summary document” meant to this client. All good. Some more work tacked within the scope. No worries. Let’s get them what they want. That’s how we try to roll.
And we know that our questions for next time will be refined.
It would be easy for those expectations to have undermined a really great relationship. That is hardly worth it.
Mostly, it’s nice to understand a bit more.
