Dans ses écrits, un sage Italien

My tendency is to think that I have to do something incredible in order to do anything that’s meaningful. I have to have the best question for a coaching client. I have to come up with the prefect design for a strategic planning session. I have to write the most amazing and insightful blog post. If I don’t, then it doesn’t mean anything. What good is it?

It’s a pressure that stops more than it starts. It’s a great way to get in my own way. Perfect is the enemy of the good. Voltaire, right?

I don’t know about you, but I”m trying to be a bit messier these days.
